The publication was designed using images from a bespoke archive that included public domain images from museums and online collections. The team organised the content in series of archival systems: storaging, production, resistance, destruction and reproduction; in order to create a series of visual responses that question the some of the principles of this declaration such as: the uniqueness of archives in the way they provide authentic evidence of human actions ; the key role of archives in ensuring administrative transparency and democratic accountability; or how these have been aftected by the lack of democracit procedements and the violence of human rights, and compromising the preservation of collective social memory.
